Ras malai   is a classic Indian dessert originating from the eastern part of India specially from Bengal. Rasmalai is a Bengali sweet dish where ' ras ' means juice and ' malai ' means cream prepared by absorbing the flat rasgullas in malai topped with dry fruits and saffron. It is extremely delightful, soft, and juicy making it the perfect dessert.  This Raksha Bandhan make this amazing tasty and easy homemade Ras Malai with simple indrigients. Its recipe is easy and comes under budget comprising of all the simple available ingredients with which you make make it at home itself.  Follow the simple recipe step by step and you will end up making the perfect soft ras malai at  home.  RECIPE: Ingredients- • Milk (2 packets 500ml each) [ for 6 Ras malai ] • Sugar ( 200g) • Cardamom powder ( 1tsp) • Dry fruits (Almonds, pistachios, cashews or any of your choice) • Saffron  • Vinegar/Lemon (2 tbsp) • Water (500ml) Recipe : For the Ras : 1. Quick healthy breakfast poha recipe-


Poha or flattened rice is a staple Indian breakfast that goes around with different names across India. Regardless of its preparations, it is a healthy breakfast option since it is easily digestible and full of essential vitamins and minerals. Poha’s nutritional value per 100g comprises 110 kcal and only 18.8g carbohydrates.

Serve- 4

Ingredients-
1. 200gms Poha 
2. Chopped carrot, potato, onion, beans, green           chillies.(You can also add your own choice of             vegetables)
3.Cumin seeds 
4 Salt to taste
5.Refined oil
6.Curry leaves (optional)
7. Ghee 

Procedure-
•Step 1- 
Roughly chop the vegetables (carrot, onion, green chillies, potato, beans).

•Step 2-
In a pan heat 4 tablespoons of refined oil and to it add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds.

•Step 3-
To it add the onions and stir fry till it becomes translucent, add the potatoes, carrot, beans to it. Add salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

•Step 4- 
Cover the lid and let it get cooked for about 4 mins.

•Step 5- 
Wash the poha just before adding it to the vegetables and drain the excess water.After the vegetables are cooked add the poha to it and stir it for 4 -5mins well. 

•Step 6-
Garnish it with some fresh curry leaves and green chillies.
