Channa dal pokara is something which is very much attached to myself. From my very childhood me and my sister used to have this pokoras in rainy days and we enjoyed it soo much. Also the chutney that was served tastes soo good!  What could be more soothing to sit beside your window watching it rain outside and you are having channa dal pokoras with some chutney? Amazing right? So here's its recipe do try it home.  SERVE - 6 SOAKING TIME - 1 HOUR COOKING TIME - 30 MINUTES INGREDIENTS- • Chana dal ( Split chickpeas) • Green chillies ( 4 or according to taste) • Garlic cloves (4) • Ginger grated (2tbsp) • Rice flour (3tbsp) [for crispiness] • Refined oil • Salt to taste RECIPE- 1. Preparation time - 15 minutes Cooking time- 20 minutes Serve -4  INGREDIENTS - • Babycorn (200gms) • Capsicum(Sliced) • 2 medium sized Onions • 4 Green chillies (slitted) • 6 Garlic cloves (chopped) • 2tbsp Ginger finely (chopped) • Black pepper powder • Red chilli powder • Soya sauce • Tomato sauce • Green chili sauce • Vinegar • Cornflour  • Maida • Refined oil • Salt to taste RECIPE - Step 1 - Cut the babycorns into medium sized pieces.Boil the babycorns for 15mins ( prefer using fresh and small to medium sized babycorns). PRAWN CURRY RECIPE- Serve - 4 Preparation time - 15 mins Cooking time - 20 minutes Ingredients- 1.Prawn ( 200 gms) 2.Garlic paste (4 tbsp) 3.Onion paste(3 medium sizes) 4. Tomatoes ( 2 medium size) 5. Potatoes (2 big) 6.Cumin powder 7. Coriander powder 8.Turmeric powder 9.Bay leaves 10. Red chili powder 11. Mustard oil 12.Salt to taste 13.Water (2 cups) Procedure- 1. Marinate the prawns with salt to taste,2 tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp red chili powder. Mix them well, cover it, and set aside for 15 mins. 2.
