Channa dal pokara is something which is very much attached to myself. From my very childhood me and my sister used to have this pokoras in rainy days and we enjoyed it soo much. Also the chutney that was served tastes soo good!  What could be more soothing to sit beside your window watching it rain outside and you are having channa dal pokoras with some chutney? Amazing right? During scorching heat of Summer we all crave for Kulfi ice-cream. From my very childhood I grew up eating kulfis from the kulfiwala uncle whose savour I will always cherish.  Sharing it's simple recipe, hope you like it as I did!   COOKING TIME - 30-40 minutes SERVE - 4 INGREDIENTS - • Milk (500 ml) • Milk powder (4 tbsp) • Cardamon(2) • Cashew nuts (7-8) • Sugar (4 tbsp) • A pinch of salt.  RECIPE - 1. In a saucepan, boil 500ml of whole fat milk on medium flame.  2. Mix 4tbsp of sugar, give it a stir. 3. In a cup, add half cup milk (use the same milk which you are boiling),add 4 tbsp of milk powder, mix untill there's no lumps. Pour it in the milk. 4. With help of a stone pestle grind 7-8 cashew nuts and 2 cardamons.Add them to the milk. 5. Keep stirring the milk on medium flame.(If you are working put the flame on low and stir in between).   6.
