Prawn Curry Recipe | How to Make Quick & Spicy Prawn Curry |

PRAWN CURRY RECIPE- Serve - 4 Preparation time - 15 mins Cooking time - 20 minutes Ingredients- 1.Prawn ( 200 gms) 2.Garlic paste (4 tbsp) 3.Onion paste(3 medium sizes) 4. Tomatoes ( 2 medium size) 5. Potatoes (2 big) 6.Cumin powder 7. Coriander powder 8.Turmeric powder 9.Bay leaves 10. Red chili powder 11. Mustard oil 12.Salt to taste 13.Water (2 cups) Procedure- 1. Marinate the prawns with salt to taste,2 tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp red chili powder. Mix them well, cover it, and set aside for 15 mins. 2. Boil to big potatoes and fry them for 5 minutes on low flame and set aside.  3. Make a paste of ginger-garlic, onion, and tomato separately.  4. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the prawns on medium to high flame for 5-6 minutes until it gets soft and juicy and set them aside. 5. In the same pan, add a bit of more oil and to it add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds,2 bay leaves and give it a stir on low flame. 6.
