Ras malai   is a classic Indian dessert originating from the eastern part of India specially from Bengal. Rasmalai is a Bengali sweet dish where ' ras ' means juice and ' malai ' means cream prepared by absorbing the flat rasgullas in malai topped with dry fruits and saffron. It is extremely delightful, soft, and juicy making it the perfect dessert.  This Raksha Bandhan make this amazing tasty and easy homemade Ras Malai with simple indrigients. Its recipe is easy and comes under budget comprising of all the simple available ingredients with which you make make it at home itself.  Follow the simple recipe step by step and you will end up making the perfect soft ras malai at  home.  RECIPE: Ingredients- • Milk (2 packets 500ml each) [ for 6 Ras malai ] • Sugar ( 200g) • Cardamom powder ( 1tsp) • Dry fruits (Almonds, pistachios, cashews or any of your choice) • Saffron  • Vinegar/Lemon (2 tbsp) • Water (500ml) Recipe : For the Ras : 1. In a pan, heat 500 ml of toned milk
