Hello guys! I am Miss Sumedha Basu Biswas 21 years old currently preparing for Civil Services. I am a graduate in Zoology honors from Calcutta University Lady Brabourne college.

I am writing date and time to make this moment memorable after a long run on this journey.

So I always have this intuition of doing something about my passion for cooking and food but due to the flow of life, studies, college, work it got a backseat but it has always been in the special corner of my heart. Never thought gonna start so early but you just need a step forward to follow your dreams and that’s gonna fuel your whole journey.

Preparation time - 15 minutes Cooking time- 20 minutes Serve -4  INGREDIENTS - • Babycorn (200gms) • Capsicum(Sliced) • 2 medium sized Onions • 4 Green chillies (slitted) • 6 Garlic cloves (chopped) • 2tbsp Ginger finely (chopped) • Black pepper powder • Red chilli powder • Soya sauce • Tomato sauce • Green chili sauce • Vinegar • Cornflour  • Maida • Refined oil • Salt to taste RECIPE - Step 1 - Cut the babycorns into medium sized pieces.Boil the babycorns for 15mins ( prefer using fresh and small to medium sized babycorns).
