Preparation time - 15 minutes Cooking time- 20 minutes Serve -4  INGREDIENTS - • Babycorn (200gms) • Capsicum(Sliced) • 2 medium sized Onions • 4 Green chillies (slitted) • 6 Garlic cloves (chopped) • 2tbsp Ginger finely (chopped) • Black pepper powder • Red chilli powder • Soya sauce • Tomato sauce • Green chili sauce • Vinegar • Cornflour  • Maida • Refined oil • Salt to taste RECIPE - Step 1 - Cut the babycorns into medium sized pieces.Boil the babycorns for 15mins ( prefer using fresh and small to medium sized babycorns). Step 2 - Cut the vegetables (onions into squares, sliced capsicum, slit the green chillies,chop garlic and ginder finely),set in aside.  Step 3- In a bowl add 4 tbsp of cornflour and 2tbsp of flour (maida) and 2tsp of black pepper powder.  Step 4- Take the boiled babycorns (drain the water),add them into the cornflour and flour mixture,add salt to taste,add 1/2 cup water, mix everything well into a semi liquid batter.
