Can't step out of the home so often and also it's more safe to have home made foods for this few days. But I have remedies for your cravings,well you can simply make Mango Ice Cream at home with 3 simple ingredients overnight! How? Let's check it out!

Health benefits of Mango and Milk-
Mango is low in calories yet high in nutrients — particularly vitamin C, which aids immunity, iron absorption and growth and repair.
Mango has different type of polyphenols, including mangiferin, which is especially powerful. Polyphenols function as antioxidants inside your body.
Mango is a good source of folate, several B vitamins, as well as vitamins A, C, K and E — all of which help boost immunity.
Mango contains magnesium, potassium and the antioxidant mangiferin, which all support healthy heart function.

Milk contains a wide array of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants.
Milk contains a variety of nutrients that benefit bone health, such as calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus and magnesium. Studies suggest that consuming milk and dairy products may prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of fractures.


SERVE- 6
COOKING TIME- 1 HOUR
FREEZING TIME- 6 HOURS (minimum)

INGREDIENTS-
1. Mangoes (3)
2. Milk (1 litre)
3. Sugar (50 g) [ Adjust it according to your taste or on sweetness of mangoes]

RECIPE-
1. In a pan, add 1 litre of whole fat milk. Keep stirring it on medium flame or in between if you are working.
2. Cut the mangoes roughly and then blend them into a smooth consistency. 
3. After the milk gets reduced to 1/3rd of it amount, let it get cooled. 
4. Add the blended mangoes to the milk and give it a thorough mix until it gets smooth and creamy.
5. In an airtight container pour the ice cream mixture and let it get frozen for at least 6 hours.
6. Serve it some chunks of mangoes on the top and enjoy!

You can also add condensed milk to this to make it taste even better. You can also use whipped cream it place of milk. Basically there are many ways that you can make Mango Ice Cream at home but this recipe is easy to make yet tastes great with just 3 simple ingredients.
