1. In a bowl, add the chicken wing pieces, 20 g cornflour, 20 g of plain flour, one egg,2 tbsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste ( I added 2 tbsp). Mix everything well and keep aside.
2. In a pan heat refined oil (200 ml) for deep frying the chicken wing pieces. As the oil is heated, fry the chicken wing pieces on low medium flame for about 8-9 minutes. (Frying them well on both sides on low medium flame will help the chicken to get cooked well from inside)
3. Double fry the wing pieces so they turn out Crispy and well cooked from inside. Set aside.
4. In a separate pan, heat 4 tbsp of refined oil ( you can add the same oil used in frying), add chopped ginger and garlic on low flame till the aroma spreads, add the chopped onions, toss everything on medium flame till the onions become translucent.
5. Add 4 tbsp Soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 4 tbsp tomato sauce. Add salt as per taste, 2 tsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of black pepper powder. Toss everything on medium to high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4th cup of water, cook for about 5 mintutes.
